Since I wrote this, I've remembered that my factory parts list has a list
of the colour combinations, though it's not year-specific. Anyway, the
colours were pretty much as I remembered below except Black Tulip only came
with Yellow Ochre - now that would make a really unusual sight! I can't
recall ever seeing a Midget this colour.
