Nigel,
It is still dark here but when it is light enough I will go out and make some measurements for you. I forget what year is your car? The lettering is still on my 73 however they were removed by a PO from the 74 but the mounting holes are all there and I could measure the mounting hole pattern for the letter set if you like.
