Yes, flex in the brackets would surely
do a "dancing lights" routine.
They will vibrate a little...key is to try to
keep it to a minimum. Thing is, even
minor vibration shows up with intensely
bright beams such as what you might find
using a Lucas "Flamethrower", fr'instance.
