It's not the price that would concern me, it's the word 'fairly'. If
that's the best word he can use to describe it, god only knows
what kind of condition it would be in.
But it's nice to see that 'humour' is alive and kicking in California
:)
Why don't you go round and see it? And calmly let the seller
know the 'true' value ;)
