If you inspect the old type of cushiones you
will see that they are full of holes.
All you do is get hold of one of these cylindrical
saw drills, you can get them in all sizes and they
fit in your electric drill.
With theese you can drill nice perfectly round holes from
the underside and up into your cushion, the more
holes you make the softer the cushion will get.
I have had new cushiones in my car for a year now
and they are just as stiff, but i am only a small guy :-)
