Chris and Margaret,
You can tighten the two screws on the underside of the mirror casing. That
should help.
If not, then you need to remove the glass, dismantlle the ball pivot, wrap
some coarse sandpaper around it and re-assemble.
Putting sandpapaper around your balls gives a better grip and solves the
droop problem.
