Curt,
This information is worth exactly what you are paying for it....nothing! I
seem to remember that straight cut gears are always very noisy. That would
explain noise in 1, 2 and 3. 4th or top gear is straight through and are
not loading on any gears so it would be much quieter. If it was loud in top
gear, that would indicate a problem.
