Ok I looked at the link now and it would appear that he has only the one,
based on his history which is short but good.
This can also happen if the highest bidder bails out but than as you say
being 9th highest and getting this is a bit suspicious as you would think
the other bidders would be asked first. Mmmm makes you wonder.
