David, I had to stop and think about that, I grew up calling them wind wings but that was in North Louisiana. Thinking perhaps it was just what we called them when I was growing up I asked a native Californian and he also called them wind wings. Would never have thought to call them quarterlights. Now I wonder why they would be officially called quaterlights, I mean they are there to direct the wind flow. I suppose it depends where you grew up what they were called.
Some people say bugeye, some people say frogeye . . . but we won't call the whole thing off.
