Talk about redundant?
What with weight transfer and momentum, the fronts
do at least 75% of the braking. If we gave equal power
to the rears, they'd go light and lock up, skidding and
providing no control. The rear brakes mainly act like
the tail on a kite, stabilizing the car.
It's over a hundred outside today - no wonder I'm
taking so much interest in my email!
