David, a really nice description of your holiday, and all the places you
visited.
I recognise virtually all of them as places I have been to, some of them on
many occasions. Particularly Mull which is certainly a dramatic place and
that north coast road is just superb. I have driven that on several
occasions in my Sprite, whilst holydaying there.
My elder daughter lived in Tobermory for two years; used to work as a
wildlife guide on boat trips whale watching and around the islands so it
became a gerular trip up there in the Sprite.
Sorry to hear about your "accident" at fionnphort, absolutely typical that
it was a local.. They are notorious!!
