I have buddies who are working (flying)
for Jet Blue out of JFK. They've all been
there more than a year +.
Absolutely excellent employer to work
for. Owner lives right up the road from
me in New Canaan. Ex-Southwest exec.
so you can imagine how well Jet Blue
treats it's employees.
The interview is definitely customer
service oriented, even for the pilots.
They will ask you what was the most
difficult passenger service problem you
ever encountered and how you satisfactorily solved it to the customer's
satisfaction.
I hope you get on with them. Great outfit
from all reports.
