Yes, this is what Jean Cook (Kimber's daughter) says about the MG origins;
however (according to my other half who knows about these things) the first
few ERFs had "E. R. Foden" in brass across the radiator.See "Daffodil 1",
the 2nd ERF built, owned from new by F R Somerset of Chapel-en-le-Frith
