Don...
I know nothing about that chrome button
but my gut tells me there is a problem surfacing here....the fact you
can feel
that the wheel isn't fully unlocking when
it should obviously be fully unlocked is
not a good thing....be careful, here....
me thinks that mechanism needs renewal
before you find yourself in trouble while
underway.
