Thanks for your quick response, yes, that would make a lot of sense.
Sounds like he got a great finish, did he use rubbing compound and a buffer to
bring up the shine after the paint had hardened?
I agree that Cellulose does take some time to fully harden, about 4-5 weeks I
beleive.
