What about Marseilles during rush hour(s). When I was in the USAF stationed
in that part of France, it was really fun trying to shuttle the other guys
around for sight seeing with the traffic there. However, my vote is for
anywhere in the Republic of Korea when you are trying to drive a tractor
trailer, or a pickup truck for that matter.
