Hmmm...
I was under the impression that front bumper bars were stock on cars for
the
"home" market but otherwise an "option".
Anyway, that particular car wasn't supposed to have a front bumper on
it,
option or not and unfortunately it's
documented, unlike probably some other OEM parts on that car which,
while "original", didn't come with that
car as it came off the factory line.
