Just cut the rotted areas out, make up a cardboard template to fit
the hole, use that to mark out some sheet steel, cut it out, butt
mig weld the steel in, linish flat with a grinder and skim with
some bondo and sand flat. Don't worry about the other side as
it's hidden by the dash.
