Oh my god I've been sucked in!
I think the difference of opinion is a semantic one about what consitutes an
OE colour.
Nigel feels it's only the colours that were applied in England, Colin feels
that if they were applied by Austin Austrialia (or whatever the subsidiary
were called) then it's OE. I think you could probably construct a pretty
good argument for both cases.
