Take a look at some cassette/cd/radio's or whatever you intend putting into
the car and see what speaker wattage rating they're rated at. Alternatively, if
ones already fitted, try and find that model and see what the speaker wattage
is recommended for it.
If it's rated at 20 watts per channel output, any speakers rated between from
20 watts and upwards would be fine. It would be pointless putting in speakers
rated at 100watts as the maximum output out of the radio/cassette/cd is 20
watts at max volume, so that extra capacity is wasted.
You need to look at the cassette/radio/cd AND speakers together really.
Regarding searching the archives, you need to go to the first message and
search from there with a keyword.
