I was teasing!
And you took the bait!
I ran a 1500 for 8 years and have had my 1275 on the road now for 4 years, so I have experience of both. I prefer the 1275. It is a nicer engine, but I still believe that a properly built 1500 is a good little engine. It is probably less tolerant that an A-series, that's all. There is room for both!
