I think you've hit the nail on the head. I guess there will always be
this problem as long as we make school administration more lucrative
than classroom teaching. I remember it being another way long, long
ago. I think conscientious people, whether in teaching or business,
touch other peoples lives in a positive fashion. Cops, firemen,
businessmen, pilots, programmers and I have even heard of lawyers that
do good.:-) For good people it's not about the money, in any walk of
life or profession. All in all teaching has been good to me. I only
complain occasionally :-).
