That looks about right! Keep in mind the history of these cars. The earliest MG midgets were rebodied Morris cars and were refered to as the cars from Morris Garages. Later it was shortened to MG.
As for the value, I'm not sure where there's a good place to look it up. Perhaps Thoroughbred and Classic Cars Magazine might have them listed in some of the auction sales they cover. You also might ask Ray at 1939mgtb@... . He's pretty connected to these. Keep us posted.
