The scariest bit of all with my restoration of my 1500 Midget is
coming up.. just ordered the hood, with that fited it's finshed. It
will have gone from being an abandoned restoration to a finished car
in about a year. I will admit I was the one who abandoned it! I
started in 1988. I moved to cardiff in 1990, the car stayed in
Berkshire in dads spare garage. I returned to Berkshire in 2000, in
2003 I suffered a near fatal asthma attack, and for some really odd
reason while I was in hospital decided I really should do somthing
with it. Well its very nearly all done now the trip to the MOT is
booked. This is more scary than anything that has gone before. The
reason is this was the second car I ever owned, I have gone though
just about everthing from Yogos to Jaguars in the intervening time,
What if I don't like it?. It might sound odd but I am worried about
this!
Oh next up is the 1959 Mk1 Sprite, hopfully this will take less time
