Hi
Please can you help me. I've been rallying my Sprite MKII for more
years than I care to remember, but I'm getting hassle from the HRCR
scruitineer.
He claims I should run with the bumpers on, because the car was never
run "in period" without bumpers.
This argument has gone on for the last two years, but now he is
telling me that after 1st April he will refuse me a ticket unless I
can prove otherwise.
It's got to a point that I will stop rallying if I can't use my car
the way I've presented it. Can you help, is there any evidence that
the MKII sprite was ever rallied by anyone other than me without
bumpers?
