Here in the UK, I use my mk3 Midget ALL YEAR ROUND without any problem. She
has a good heater, I have a flying jacket and warm helmet and gloves, so I
don't get cold in winter. I hardly ever put up the hood, unless it's raining
before the start of my journey. When I had my mk1, I drove up to Edinburgh at
the end of January, when there was a lot of the white stuff about. Even had a
few laps around Knockhill circuit. And all this without a hood, as the mk1
didn't have one!!
