I don't quite agree with you on that. The British car club I belong
to (www.sbmoc.com) is very active, and we have enthusiastic members
ranging in age from nearly 90 down to several teenagers. The
youngsters are fascinated by cars which they can actually understand
and work on themselves, and they think they're way cooler than new
Japanese stuff. I don't think our hobby is dying - it's just
getting passed on to the next generations.
