StarLord Mini Podcast Videos

"This slideshow (with some shakey driving footage down Skyline CA-35) is an intro to the vodcast, done in iMovie, showing my modified 1964 Austin Mini Cooper (lots of new Morris, BMC, Rover, Leyland, etc. parts - no BMW parts though!)"
"This 10-minute video has a little introduction to my 64 Austin Mini, some groovy racing footage shot at Laguna Seca's 'corkscrew' during 2005 Vintage Mini Challenge, a review of sorts for Chris Rees' Complete Classic Mini, a bunch of shameless shout-outs (more to come..) some mentions of other podcasters ;) and a warning to thirsty travelers, this podcast contains footage of my favourite Irish brewsky.. Apologies in advance for sections with lower or higher volume than normal, we haven't worked out all the kinks yet!"
"It took awhile to put together footage of the Nikki BAMMr Run #6, due to video problems I was having with hardware and iMovie relentlessly crashing.. but now it's fixed. Hope you enjoy this playful interlude. Driving along in my new MINI Cooper S this was a very fun run! Back roads of Marin, San Francisco Bay Area."
"An evening run through San Francisco, review of Craven Speed's stubby antenna. Mini Paul and Whiteroof Radio give props to StarLord. Some autocross clips from Mini Meet West 2005. Please post your comments on iTunes and join the Frappr map to make suggestions or requests for future content, thanks!"
"StarLord demonstrates the new bits added to his classic Mini, does some side-by-side comparisons of new vs. old models, installs a parcel shelf, talks about the BSSP run, and shows you some gear used to create the show. Stay tuned after this short episode for bloopers, complete with annoying TV-style canned laughter! ;P"
"StarLord joins a group of 10 classics enroute to Seven Enterprises' open house. Along the way, John fixes a broken sensor with a paperclip. When we arrive, John flies an RC helicopter. I planned on doing interviews, but the folks were swamped with customers :( We see "Guinness" gets a Mk I grille, peek at 2 Riley Elf Minis, and credit songs used in all episodes thus far. This is a short episode."
"A quick little taste for those who may have missed it. Some photos and walking pans with random narration. A video summary of MOASF's All-British Car Show and Swap Meet. You will see Mini, MINI, Jaguar, Lotus, Sunbeam, Triumph, Morgan, and others. Enjoy. Post production done in iMovie, Garage Band, and Adobe Premeire."
"In this light-hearted episode, StarLord opens up his Mini Takes The States kit and shows you what MINIUSA sent everyone partaking on the road trip to end all road trips rally! This is followed by quick tips (useful for all runs) how to apply the window cling (ok, that wasn't hard). The new "Italian Job" featured electric MINIs. StarLord acquired a pimped-out electric MINI and shows some of its features. Unfortunately, he crashed into both cars with it! Yikes! What will happen next?"
"Parking at Crystal Springs reservoir, StarLord awaits the REME crew then heads down to Monterey. We take a quick lap around Laguna Seca, and watch some of the classic Mini practice sessions on Saturday. A short compilation of footage from Monterey Historic races. Be sure to catch the rest on part 2 and 3."
"Part 2 of Episode 8 is the shortest vodcast I've done. It has tiny formula racing footage where the Laguna Seca track record was broken (Zonta), and a dash more Mini racing footage from that same day. I promise part 3 will make up for this :-)"
"Fun from Monterey to Santa Barbara! Interviews with Fireball Tim, Gary from MC2 magazine, Mini Fini, and the MINI-based tech squad MAKE IT WORK. StarLord reflects on how awesome Mini Takes The States is, and you get to see highlights from the first leg, all widdled down to this 10 minute vodcast. Enjoy. For some reason iMovie lost some of my (music) audio tracks!? Yikes! Such as life, there are some moments of awkward silence in this episode."
"Some pitfalls to owning a classic Mini include Lucas electrical problems, rust, and the dangers of speedbumps in American parking lots. In this short episode, we'll see before and after footage on some of this. StarLord also has the single port EFI replaced with a HF SU carb system and stock exhaust with a stainless head and DTM tailpipe! WoO!"
"About 7 minutes, primarily footage with a bunch of Minis driving around the streets of San Francisco. Lombard Street, Twin Peaks, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Park, Presidio, etc. Enjoy. Some funky background music, but no real narration or talking here at all. Consider it a bonus reel."
"StarLord gives you a nice long look at the new 2007 MINI Cooper and Cooper S. We go over changes to the body styling, lights, and interior, as well imagine driving it along some twisty roads in Barcelona, Spain.. Fun!"
"In this episode, we see a clip from the UK's Northern Minis Moorland and Coastal #2, get a quick peek at East Coast correspondent Rich's Innocenti Mini, and watch highlights from the San Francisco International Auto Show, where we ran into president George W. Bush (shh, don't tell anyone it's really look-alike John Morgan). The show ends with footage of environmentally-friendly Obvio, smart, and others."
