I already have three huge California live oaks (read year around leaves to rake) in the yard. They are a protected species in California. If over a certain size you can not kill one. The squires plant them all season long, I'm sure they do not find half what they bury. There would be no room for three spridgets, nor me if I allowed all of them to reach protected size.
