In the UK a company called Wood & Pickett do a kit for the Mini (the proper one not the BMW shouting thing) that might be adaptable. Moss in the UK sell it www.mossint.co.uk (I think) as do minispares www.minispares.com.

You may think I'm crazy, but I was thinking about
doing some slight modifications to my 74'Midget. And
one of the things I had on my mind is power windows.
Is this possible, is there enough room to put the
motor in the door? Has anyone done this?
I hope to get my car back from the shop by the end of
next week. When I checked on it the other day they
were waiting on a deck lid to arrive, then to the
paint shop it goes.
