On my new 73 when I turn the wheel with the key on and steering lock
supposedly disengaged I can hear and feel the steering wheel lock detents
clicking and feel a slight catching as I turn the wheel as if the lock is
not fully disengaged. Any thoughts as to what may be causing this. And what
is the small chrome button just under the key slot for?
