Actually, I've already done a 5-speed conversion. This is what lead to the
idea of a tighter front suspension. The 5-speed is so smooth I find myself
driving the midget much harder. Now that I'm not focusing on double
clutching (the syncros were shot in the old trans.) I'm taking turns and
bends much faster. ;-)
