There are many reasons for understeer and oversteer and as many ways of
fixing them.
The extra weight of the engine at the front is not the sole contributing factor
to oversteer, but when you take into consideration all the other factors,
oversteer is the result.
Your example may well be correct in some instances - but not in this one.
