Wow! I surely don't know the answer to that, but let's see, if you
spend $1.00 for grade 5, or $2.00 for grade 8....hmmm...do you really
want to save a whole dollar? And maybe have a wheel fall off? In a
60 mph bend? With your SO in the passenger seat?
