Amen on rear brakes for Midgets. Hate 'em! The only good part is the springs aren't as strong as the American iron I used to play with so you can "force" things.
I saved my sanity on my rear brakes by buying circlip pliers. Some even include inside and outside tips. If you're not using same I strongly suggest you invest.
