To answer your question is, as I'm sure you're aware, rather difficult, not
knowing more information or ideally seeing what you mean.
I think you've clarified your question enough for us to 'assume' that you're
referring to the beading running long the top of the rear wing where it
attaches to the main rear decking of the body.
The question you need to be asking yourself is not 'how easy is that to fix' but
what is causing the damage to it. Once you've got the answer to that question,
you can then answer the 'how easy is it to fix' question.
The 'cause' my well be something relatively simple, but knowing these cars
and knowing where they can 'rot' I would guess that water has got into that
seam and rotted it out causing the visible inch or so of seam to lift. If that is
the case, you'll have to take the entire seam off, determine how much of the
rear wing/rear body deck is rotten, cut out the rot and replace with new
steel.
You can now see why it's so hard to answer this question without knowing
more information.
