Well if you are using explorer for your mails
you could enter "tools" and click on "message rules"
an d then "mails".
Here you have the possibility to automaticaly
have mails deleted from the server if they come
from certain posters or contains certain words
specified by yourselves.
It gets rid of a fair amount of the spam mails.
