Normally a car will fog up on the inside
if pretty much air tight and the driver
leaves a warmed interior, closes the
the car door and leaves it in cold wx
for a while.
Or, the car is warm inside after use in
the above circumstances and the carpets
(floors) are wet.
Or the car is left overnight on a humid
cool night under the stars with the windows pretty much open.
