Hmm,
I haven't yet tried to put mine on, but I'm sitting here with the chrome and
clips in front of me. First thing I notice is that the lips on the back of
the trim are of different sizes. Have you tried turning it over to see if
that makes a difference? How about a small/thin washer under the clip?
