Quality of life in Cumbria isn't bad you know!
Pint of Bluebird is locally 2.25 GBP.
- 6.3% strength Micro-brewery beer from a one-man operation in Coniston. H
e produces just 6 barrels a week so you cannot always get it but where it i
s sold there is usually a good choice of "real ales" at similar strengths/
prices.
That said, I went to a club in the West End this time last year and a "roun
d" for 4 of us cost 60 GBP !!
err, sorry, that was a "round of drinks" - nothing else in case you wondere
d. That would have been extra!
