I'm not really picking the extreme. I live just outside London and often go
=3D=0D
up
to meet friends for a drink - those are typical London prices.
But then you live in Switzerland - and that has an even higher standard of
=3D=0D
living than England! But then, the wages and quality of life are are higher
=3D=0D
