This is not the place for it but i feel i have to chime in
and berry the system for good.
We have the same system here in Norway and experiance exactly
the same problems as Nigel describes in the UK.
They have been trying for years to combat the inefficiancy
with no luck, but social democrats never give in to their
belives and to privatise is the biggest sin of all.
