You don't say what the material composition of the bushing are (rubber.
urethane, Delrin, etc., but all require some type of lubricant and some
precompression into the A-arm. Rubber lube would be best and special
bushing should come with an installation lubricant or at leasta
recommendation in the instructions. The key to your trouble could be that you
bought them from Moss though.
