My bushings came from Moss, and yes they're pretty tricky to fit.
I ended up widening out the two areas the ends of the wishbone
go into on the frame, putting one bush into each inside of the
wishbone arm, fitting the arms to the frame then pushing
through the second bushing through the hole in the frame - then
the bolts. Seemed to work after some jiggling about.
