Hi Nelson,
The nut size is 5/16" Whitworth. If you have that wrench, slip it over from the fuel pump or cut the line to slip the wrench on. Because of the nut construction it's REAL easy to collapse it. If it's really corroded to the tank, likely an adjustable wrench will collapse the nut, so be careful.
