If they are new reproduction parts, then there is no surprise that they aren't made correctly. You would think that, if you were reproducing something, it would be just as easy to get it right as to get it wrong. Sadly this is seldom the case - most repro stuff isn't quite right.(I can hear Ed nodding in agreement right now.)
But if you have only .006" play at the edge of the rotor, that is very little and not enough (in my opinion) to be concerned about short term. I would however feel/measure the play at the edge of the wheel once it is fitted, and suggest you should jack up that corner of the car and re-check it on a regular basis - say every 50 miles or so. If you find the play increasing, then you know you need to fix the problem sooner not later.
It's not uncommon for us to machine .010" to .020" off the spacer to adjust for worn hubs. So if I am correct in my estimate that you need around .001" then you can see that your problem is minimal.
