Yes and no, most of them were just painted silver and black, but some were
available chrome and black as optional extras. However, it's not advisable
to have old wheels (or any stressed component eg suspension arms) chrome
plated as it can make them brittle. I'm not quite sure why it's ok for new
ones and not old though!
