Does your fuel gauge go to the far right after a fill-up? I've found
that a minor short (or excessive resistance) has made my fuel gauge
read a bit low in the past. Finding a loose or corroded/rusted ground
wire has usually fixed the problem. If the gauge does go full right,
it might be a tank/sender issue.
