Wetting agents are used to relaxes the surface tension of the fluid, thus
helping the cooling abilities.Redline oils make something called water
wetter it works and its easy to come by, another trick is to put a TEASPOON
of dish soap in with the coolant it does the same thing and it much cheaper.
