G'day Bruce
If you want to go bigger than +.060" but don't want to go to 73.5mm, I have new 73mm pistons (with rings and pins). You can see them here:

And give us a clue - what's a 12G1591 manifold - inlet or exhaust, what size engine. Makes looking for one a lot easier.
